Launching a New Manufacturing Site During a Pandemic

Our client required urgent recruitment support to launch a new 330,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Ireland. Originally designed as an onsite solution, the delivery had to be fully remote due to COVID-19, complicating coordination, candidate engagement, and compliance alignment.
Solution
Aquila deployed a remote RPO model, using its Centre of Excellence to source both niche and volume roles. We integrated with KDP’s ATS (iCIMS), built bespoke interview guides, and implemented a scalable hiring process. The scope of the project expanded over time to include executive and operational hiring, as well as staffing the company's new Global Centre of Excellence for Procurement in Ireland.
